HURRICANE SCREEN ENCLOSURE SPECIFICATIONS
#925E-400HD SERIES
A. Sub-Frame: Extruded Aluminum 6063-T5, 2.028 x .500 double hollow with
.076 wall thickness, (2) screw ports for (2) #8 x 1" SMS screws
B. Main Frame: Extruded Aluminum 6063-T5, 1.390 x .966 with .060 wall
thickness.
C. Corner Gussets: .250 solid aluminum corners mechanically stamped to
main frame to keep square and to prevent screen from racking.
D. Center Divider Bar: Extrude Aluminum 6063-T5, 1.092 x 2.50 hollow shape
with .092 wall thickness. Center divider bar is anchored to sub-frame with
(2) #8 x 1" square drive screws at each jamb side and (2) #8 x 1/2 sms screws
on inside leg of sub-frame. An I-Beam with wall thickness of .125 will be
inserted into the hollow of the center divider bar.
E. Flat Bar: Extruded Aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness. 1" x 1" flat
bar with leg on each side to receive a vinyl snap-in cover to hide screws. Flat
bar is held down with #7 x 11/32 square drive sms screws. Screws are 1-inch
apart 11"-inches from each corner and then 2-inches apart on rest of screen.
F. Wire Mesh: T-304 12 x 12 mesh, .035 stainless steel wire natural or powder
coat paint.
G. Finish: Mill Finish, Bronze, White or special finish upon request.
H. Installation: Screws for jamb side - 6" from each end and 13" on center
thereafter.
Screws for head & sill - 6" from each end and 13" on center thereafter.

A. Main Frame: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness, 2.50" x 1.25" with mitered corners.
B. Corner Gussets: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5.
C. Horizontal Cross Bar: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness 2.00" wide x 1.25" thick.
D. Kickplate & Push Bar: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness, 1.00" x 5.00" tall. Can be stacked to desired height.
E. Hinges: (6) 4" hinges with oilite bushings.
F. Z-Bar Frame: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness.
G. Expander: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness with door sweep.
H. Screen Frame: Extruded aluminum 6063-T5, .062 wall thickness, 1.00" x 1.375". 1" flat retainer plate using sheet metal screws not to exceed 4".
